White Sox Trade Craig Kimbrel to Dodgers for A.J. Pollock

The Los Angeles Dodgers have made yet another splash in the off-season. This time, they have traded for a closer.

Craig Kimbrel, who arrived on the White Sox at last years trade deadline, is now being traded from the White Sox to the Dodgers.

Kimbrel was traded from the Cubs to the White Sox at the deadline in exchange for Codi Heuer and Nick Madrigal.

The Dodgers traded 34-year old outfielder A.J. Pollock to the White Sox in a one-for-one swap for Kimbrel.

Kimbrel is slated to make $16 million this season with Los Angeles and will likely be their closer.

Pollock is set to make $10 million this season with Chicago and after the upcoming season has a $10 million player option that he can opt in or out of.
