Source: Wake Forest’s Perry Set To Meet With 28 NFL Teams

2023 NFL Draft prospect and former Wake Forest wide receiver A.T. Perry is set for a busy few weeks as the draft nears. With the NFL Draft beginning on April 27th, many teams will be gathering with prospects for visits and meetings.

Perry, who posted 1,096 receiving yards and 11 receiving touchdowns in 2022, will be formally meeting with 28 of the NFL’s 32 teams ahead of the draft, a source told The Sports Place’s Arye Pulli. The only teams that the 23-year old receiver won’t be meeting with, source says, are the Broncos, Buccaneers, Patriots, and Rams.

In the 2021 and 2022 seasons combined, Perry caught a total of 152 passes and 26 touchdowns to go along with his 2,389 receiving yards. He projects to be a early Day Two pick and if the wide receiver domino effect takes shape early, he could sneak his way into the first round.

He was named to All-ACC first-team honors in both 2021 and 2022 along with being named to the Biletnikoff Award Watch list in 2022 and being a Biletnikoff Award Semifinalist in 2021.

At 6’5″, Perry checks boxes that NFL teams look out for. Pairing together his NFL-ready build with his athleticism, many teams are interested. He ran a 4.47 40-yard dash and had a 35 inch vertical at the NFL Combine.

Among the teams that will likely consider selecting a wide receiver in the 2023 NFL Draft:

  • Arizona Cardinals
  • Atlanta Falcons
  • Baltimore Ravens
  • Dallas Cowboys
  • Green Bay Packers
  • Houston Texans
  • Kansas City Chiefs
  • Los Angeles Chargers
  • Los Angeles Rams
  • Miami Dolphins
  • Minnesota Vikings
  • Philadelphia Eagles
  • Pittsburgh Steelers
  • San Francisco 49ers
  • Seattle Seahawks
  • Tennessee Titans
