Brandin Cooks, Texans Agree to 2-Year Deal

The Houston Texans are signing their star wide receiver to an extension.

Brandon Cooks and the Houston Texans have agreed to a 2-year contract extension.

According to Ian Rapoport, “When Houston declined to deal Brandin Cooks during the trade deadline, the message was clear — They wanted to keep him and never planned to trade him.”

Cooks has been with the Texans since 2020 and had two 1,000+ yard seasons, totaling 12 touchdowns in the two seasons.
