Hurts, Eagles Agree To Massive Extension

The Philadelphia Eagles and superstar quarterback Jalen Hurts are in agreement on a five-year contract extension worth $255 million, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, making Hurts the highest-paid player in NFL history.

The deal includes a full no-trade clause — the first in Eagles history along with $179.304 million fully guaranteed.

In 2022, Hurts threw for 3,701 yards and 22 touchdowns, while rushing for 760 yards and getting into the end zone 13 times on the ground.
