Broncos Release Veteran Kicker Brandon McManus

On Tuesday morning, Denver Broncos informed longtime kicker Brandon McManus that he would be released from the team.

McManus, 31, was the final remaining member of the last Super Bowl winning Broncos’ team. He announced on Twitter that he was informed about his release.

A Bronco since 2014, McManus has a career field goal percentage of 81.4%. He will likely end up elsewhere with an opportunity to continue his kicking duties.

Teams that could be interested in adding a kicker include the Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay Packers, Los Angeles Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and the Tennessee Titans.
