Brooklyn-Philadelphia Engaged in Trade Talks

Brian Windhorst of ESPN reports that James Harden is ‘screaming in every way he posssibly can’ to get out of Brooklyn.

The centerpiece in the return back to Brooklyn would be Ben Simmons — who has sat out this season, and refuses to play another game for the 76ers again — but the Nets want more than just Simmons in return, though.

The Nets have countered the 76ers original offer with an asking price of Ben Simmons, Seth Curry, Matisse Thybulle, and Andre Drummond in a package for Harden, but Philadelphia is hesitant to include Curry, according to Keith Pompey.

Brooklyn was previously asking a package that included Simmons and young guard Tyrese Maxey, but the 76ers refuse to part ways with Maxey.
