Browns Place Franchise Tag on David Njoku

The Cleveland Browns have placed the franchise tag on tight end David Njoku.

Njoku, 25, was drafted by the Browns in the first round of the 2017 draft.

He has 148 career catches and 15 touchdowns in five seasons with the Browns.

The franchise tag for tight ends for the 2022-23 season is expected to be around $11M.
