Eagles Host Free-Agent Tyrann Mathieu on Virtual Visit

Top free-agent safety Tyrann Mathieu is slowly but surely coming to a decision on a new team.

Mathieu met with the New Orleans Saints earlier in the week. He also met with the Philadelphia Eagles in a virtual visit on Thursday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.

According to Rapoport, Philadelphia is a ‘prime’ landing spot for Mathieu. Both sides have mutual interest.

Mathieu recently played for the Kansas City Chiefs and has been in the NFL since 2013, where he played for the Arizona Cardinals.
