Source: Falcons RB Caleb Huntley Feels “Pretty Good” Ahead of Sunday

Atlanta Falcons running back Caleb Huntley, who has been dealing with an ankle injury and is listed as questionable, is feeling “pretty good” ahead of Sunday’s game vs the Washington Commanders, a source told The Sports Place’s Arye Pulli.

Huntley has rushed for 335 yards on 70 carries in 2022, while also getting into the end zone once in week four vs the Cleveland Browns.

The 24-year-old Ball State alumni had multiple solid games this season. He nicely filled the shoes of Cordarrelle Patterson, who is the team’s starting running back, but was sidelined with a knee injury early on in the season.

He has rushed for 30+ yards in six of his nine games this season.

Huntley, who is technically a rookie this season, played with the Falcons in the 2021 preseason.

Atlanta enters the game with a record of 5-6 while their opponent, the Washington Commanders, are sporting a 6-5 record.

With a win, the Falcons can move closer to first place in the NFC South.
